For orders over 50 EUR, we deliver free of charge within the EU. For orders up to 50 EUR, we charge €3.95 shipping fees. We deliver within Germany within two working days of receiving your order.
For international shipments, we cannot make any statements about the delivery time. The Canary Islands are not supplied by Medicom. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs fees may be levied depending on the country, which are beyond our control. These costs are to be borne by the recipient of the delivery in any case. For deliveries to non-European countries, the proportionate shipping costs listed below also apply:

About VAT on items sold by Medicom within the EU
VAT is charged on items sold by Medicom within the European Union (EU). For goods offered by Medicom and shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU), VAT must be charged according to the laws applicable within the EU and varying tax rates within the member states. The amount of VAT to be charged depends on the category of the product purchased and the destination to which the product is to be shipped. The prices on our website are shown in Euros and include German VAT. Please note that the final price depends on the actual VAT applicable to your order. For orders from outside the EU, the German VAT is deducted and the VAT valid for the destination country is calculated. You will see the final price – including the VAT rates valid for the ordered items – on the last page of the purchasing process (checkout) and on your Medicom invoice.
